Yes, Butch, I had the same trouble with those as well.  But I wish they
still made those.  They were the best overall talking watches I ever had.

The most trouble bI had with those was the grill coming off, one corner 
would come loose and it would eventually come off.  Had a good voice 
though.  I don't know where I got what I have now, but the battery is a 
real pain in the ass to change, but it does not beap, just speaks the 
time.
