I believe there is actually a formal procedure for filing Silent Keys with
the ARRL, to go in QST, and also to submit the information with the FCC. A
very good friend of mine is going through that right now; her husband died,
WA4NUD.

I'd like to report my husbands death from several months ago, this way his
call can go into the call pool. Why should it just set there not being used?

I have no idea what to do. I tried qrz, and it asks me for a password, and I
don't have one. He did, and got on their all the time, but I have no idea
what it was. If anyone wants his call, I'll give it to you, and you can ask
for it. I'll send all the proof that's needed.
