Does anyone take this OTC sleep aid? My doctor recommended it but I think it is causing me next day stomach distress that feels the same as I feel with gluten. I know there may be something other than gluten in this bothering me but it does help me sleep and I was just wondering if anyone else had tried it and/or had problems with it.
