If you're interested in hearing the Google TTS, you can listen to an
episode of _That Android Show_. It's the TTS you hear on my app demos.
You can find the podcast at
www.ThatAndroidShow.com

Google TTS is a female voice that sounds like some of the Solo Direct
voices. If you go Android, you can use Google TTS, or you can use other
low-cost engines, like Acapela, Ivona, SVox, or eSpeak. I think CereProc
also has a TTS for Android. Eloquence is coming to Android as well.

VICUG-L is the Visually Impaired Computer User Group List.
