Don:

Perhaps others may report differently, but I have found that the typically
available public alert weather radios today, including Midlands, require
sighted assistance for the initial set-up.

Once set up, though, they can be easily used by a blind person.

Subject: SAME Weather Alert Radio

Wondered if anyone has used or owns any of the SAME weather alert radios and
if so how accessible are they as Amateur Electronic Supply is selling a
couple of the Midland S A M E weather alerts radios.

Thanks.
