Howard, I have found that every company that I have attempted to do business
with over the web, but with which I had difficulties, that they always are
very accommodating, and always have waived any telephonic access fees.
Personally, I prefer placing orders over the phone rather than on the Web.
I have often learned about special deals, or other technical data that I
would certainly have missed on the Web.
Tessco has been very helpful to me on the phone, including just today. I
just placed an order for a 80 foot run of AVA5-50 with one male and one
female, 7/16 DIN connector on it. In this particular case, they even waived
the custom cable assembly build charge.

I just purchased some airline tickets from an airline who charges extra if
purchased through their call center, rather then the website.
I told them I could not use their inaccessible website because of being
visually impaired and they waved the$ 90 additional it would cost for the
three tickets I purchased.
