I didn't know you could do that, or had to do that with the TW2 when
switching from VHF to UHF.

Can you tell me how?

I guess I'm used to the TW1, where you don't need to change the meter for
any HF bands, at least as far as I know.

Regarding the minor 20-meter issue with the DXCC, I'm thinking of doing
exactly what you suggest, although I do like the fact that currently, the
antenna is clearly tuned for the phone portion of 20.

Did you change the meter from the 2 meter band  to   440?

As for the 20 meter SWR on the DXCC, if I'm not mistaken, it has 
separate parallel dipoles for 10 and 20 meters.    If so, you should be 
able to adjust the 20 meter section pretty easy with little or no change to
other bands.
