Yeah,

That is the way I usually do it. But with this list, I can’t seem to find a key word or some sort of identifier for the email program to grab to know to put it in another folder.

Bob,

I can't give you specifics on how to do this because I don't know what email 
program you're using.  However, in general terms, there should be some 
action that lets you move or copy the message to a folder.  In Outlook 
Express, this comes on the third page of the dialog for making a rule.  It 
probably works the same way in other programs, but the specific words may be 
different.
