Don, a little more info please.  I have both the TS-480 and the 
TMV71A.  So Can I plug the 71A's mic into the 480 and use the 
keypad on the mic? and, how do you define the quick menu? 73, Jim

Turns out that there was a quick menu defined and I didn't know 
that.

Turning that off gave me access to the entire menu.
