Hi,
If you have your FRN  and CORS password, you can go to wireless.fcc.gov/uls
Enter your info in each field.  It will bring up your call sign info.  Then 
you click on each edit field.  When done you click submit.  It can be done 
by the sightless without much difficulty.  73.  Gary KB2YAA
