Sorry for the delay but lost list of suggestions and it has taken a LONG time for me to get better. Got prescription for lomotil and all it did was make the problem happen mostly in the morning – went on cruise anyway. Took Imodium before & did not help and did BRAT diet – no help

1.Liquid diet 48 hours – no solid food- stop vitamins – no green tea or anything green
2. Do you have a chocolate problem?
3. stay away from soy, veg oil, lecithin etc..
4. Take Charcoal
5. Take lomotil, levibid, levsin
6. phylum (1 Table & 8oz water) Use plain Metamucil
7. 1/4 cp Gatorade, every 20 min for 8 hours then each couple of spoonful Mussulmen, applesauce. Next day eat lite – like mashed potatoes with butter then after couple days add more to diet
8. Citrucel 5 times a day until normal then once a day
9. If taking Prilosec change to prevacid
10. Take Flotraster
11. Eat Guava or nectar
12. Take Bentonite. Petro Bismol, probiotic S Boulardic regularly
13. Stop magnesium pills – can be a laxative
14.Take generic pink bismuth with salicylic acid – better than Pepto
15. Increase probiotic = 20,000 to 30,000 or 40,000 cultures daily
16 Take Kirkland Signature Anti – Diarrheal Lopemiode – 2 mg tab
17. Eat gluten then go back to gluten free

Thanks to all that answered me – I could not get some of the things since I live a long way from a large city and only have a couple of places to get items
Hope this helps some people. I apologize for any misspelled words I had to write the suggestions down too many to print.
