Mr. Mbye,
Your posting on Purification/Ghusl is a master-piece undoubtedly, and this is
what our beautiful and complete religion calls for, suppress not knowledge
acquired. However, I need a clarification on one point which is: How do we
perform ghusl in our modern settings as opposed to what used to obtain in
those days? What I mean precisely is this; the Prophet Muhammed (SAW) and
his Sahabas used to perform ghusl out of containers of some sort but, we now
have showers wherein the need for a container does not necessarily arise.
Can you address part two of your Purification/Ghusl in relation to this/these
modern appliance(s), if possible.
However, pardon me if I seem to put the cart before the horse in this request
maybe, you already planned to dilate on this point in part 2 of your posting.
Keep up the good work and God bless you in particular and the Islamic Umma in
general.
Peace,
OBSilla
