Thanks for the rewrite. It makes more sense as to what happened.
As far as the UPS issue, I'd see what happens on the delivery. I've had
them deliver a package under someone else's signature. If it doesn't get
delivered, I wonder, would your neighbor be willing to go with you to pick
it up? At this point since you're still living under their roof, my first
thought would be to minimize any conflict and exercise forgiveness.
Regarding the bank issue, maybe you could put all the money in your own
single account that you have. Have you asked him why he's taking out of the
account? Are they expecting rent or something like that?
Those are just some things I thought of just after seeing your note.
