Paul, that sounds pretty healthy to me as long as you eat whole grain or
multi grain bread made with whole grain flour. Also, cut down on the cheese
I think or at least try. grin. Also, do you get sufficient exercise. I take
apple cider vinegar vitamin tablets with chromium in them and I've lost
quite a fair bit of weight. hth. Kerri the health nurse.
