Mike,
I seem to remember that Universal Radio installed a speech board for
someone on the list not so long ago. So perhaps a call to Fred to
get a price quote might be in order. They seem reliable and good to
work with. A good friend worked for them for several years but sadly
is now a silent key. I think he tutored his co-workers on dealing
with us blind folks!
