I have used rt systems, but it only works with n v d a.  I forget what 
keys you have to push, but you have to open up the edit boxes.  Doesn't 
work with jaws or window-eyes.  Their attitude is it works with n v d a, 
so it is accessible.  The other stuff I've tried eoes not talk at all.
