The question is can the ft-102 control the amp.  I believe their probably is 
a RCA jack on the back of the ft-102 for an ALC line to the amp.
Be real careful on tuning the ft-102, and not over driving the amp.
I have never played with the ft-102, but I have had an ft-101.  Now that 
thing ran power!!!!  Probably 180 watts out easy.
