I apologize for asking a question about something that must have already
been covered, but due to a mail server glitch, I have missed some recent
emails over the past 24 to 36 hours. I wonder if you gave any consideration
to one of the SteppIr verticals? I ask because I have a number of friends
that have them, and I have spoken with a bunch more that also have them, and
all seem to be getting good results. I don't know if available space was
sufficient for one, but I just thought that I would ask. I am a huge
SteppIr fan, having had a 4 element for about 5 years, and the larger DB36
for 2 years now, and they are the best antennas that I have had in my over
50 years of being a ham.

Hi John,
Thanks. Did you assemble your antenna yourself or did you get sighted
assistance? I'm thinking I might try it on my own.
