I've read about apps like that in QST, but I don't know whether they are
VoiceOver accessible or not.

is there an IPhone app for digital modes? wherein you can connect the
receiver to the audio jack etc? seems like that might be a good alternative
for those with an IPhone...sending might be a bit challenging, but an
outboard keyboard would solve that problem.
