If you are with the 90% of hams who can't afford a stepir, there are plenty 
of cheaper verticals that will get the job done just as well once setup 
right and tuned. A wire might be tight in those confines but I don't have a 
much bigger lot than that and I managed to do it but the vertical definitely 
fits here a lot better.
