HHi,

I keep checking the time which helps, but the last few months for some 
reason my sleep is really messed up. It seemed to start after my husbands 
death. He'd wake up at all hours,but he had health issues, what's my 
problem? I still try to be up by six-thirty or seven so I don't have 
problems getting up on Sundays for church.
