I have had to deal with N24 over the last 5 years (since going totally blind). Before that, It was a milder version called DSPS (delayed sleep phase syndrome).Given the extent to which my visual cortex was damaged after the initial head injury in mid 89, I was never able to sleep on a synchronized schedule after that. RIght now, I have to take Zolpidem (the Ambien generic) or I simply do not sleep. Going without for more than a couple of days leads me into a situation where I may sleep for as long as 6 hours, but have waking times in excess of 20 or more. THis quickly gets old and causes me increasing cognitive problems if it goes long enough (more than 5 days).

Anyway, thats my experience with N24. I have yet to contact my doctor and see what he thinks.
