lol you got lucky then Pat. I think the worst was on 75M, and not on 20M
much...you could hear the RFI SSB noise coming through the intercom station
to the left of the operating position when on 75.
It was only one instructor who had an issue with it, and she would brook
absolutely no explanation about me being licensed, or that even the
president was licensed and had given me the green light to operate if I
wanted to hahaha...anyway, it was more amusing than anything else, and I
sure didn't take it personally...we were usually too busy, or too tired to
play much radio...what with evenings spent out on the deck with our favorite
beverages and favorite dogs etc...
