I've used that Zerofive 29 footer since February, and had good luck with it. 
I have 4 radials down.

Take a look at the Zero Five 29 foot 6/80M HOA restricted vertical.
It might be out of your price point but you can use it with or with out 
radials, which I recommend radials for all verticals and its rated at 2KW.
Dunno how much space you have but this one might do the trick and all you do 
is slip it together. 289US.
All have a 92MPH wind rating with out ice.
