Hi!

 

I am looking for a basic article describing how to construct an antenna
mast.  Basically, I am going to put a 10 foot mast on top of my roof.  And
then, on top of that I am going to put a 17 foot vertical.  I have a couple
of handy friends who will build it, but they would like to read a basic
article about how this is done first.

 

Any suggested reading would be greatly appreciated.
