I used to have trouble waking up in the middle of the night and it caused 
real problems for me at work cause at times, I would be very tired.
When I first heard about Melatonin as a supplement, I tried it right away 
and it worked for me.  A 100 count bottle costs around $5.00 and I have no 
side effects.  I've been taking 5 millagrams of Melatonin nightly for over 
20 years and I answered all of those surveys that I kept getting about 
sleeplessness stating that I didn't have a problem because after starting 
Melatonin, my problem went away.  before you try Hetlioz, try Melatonin, it 
only costs about $2.00 per month.

I saw them.  I'll either sleep or be dead I guess.  All medicines have more=
