Good question, Pat.
I know the TS590 is very very sensitive to slightly reduced voltage, and now
wonder if the same would be true for the TS480.
This might be a good argument for sticking with my original plan of running
it off the main AC service in the RV via a switching or other type of
regulated power supply, as I have always done.

Will the TS480 run properly at 12 volts? My TS850 sounds distorted if its
input voltage goes that low.
