David,
It's the CQWPX contest (CQ worked all prefixes). The exchange is signal
report followed by the contact number. So your first contact in the contest
would be 001, the second 002, and so on.

Subject: contest?

Hi y=E2=80=99all:

What contest is taking place right now, particularly on 10 Meters, =
exchange seems to be callsign, signal report, and some kind of number.

The first items are self ebident, but what does this number represent?

73,

David S. Pearson-wa4dsp
