I heard HK1TU running 100 wats on 40 meters last night about 8 PM Colorado
mountain time about S9. He was sending, between contacts, CQ TEST at
probably 70 WPM then his call at about 25 WPM and then went to listening. I
listened to him work guys on 40 meters for about 5 minutes until I about
went crazy with the thing at the beginning, CQ TEST, at high speed because
it sounded like a data burst and then his call dropping to 25 words per
minute. We couldn't do that type of thing before computer contesting
software, haha.

Phil.
