Wow!  I guess that indicates that we all go to different places on the net. 
I started encountering it 2 or 3 years ago and have been seeing references 
to it right along, so many so that I've never tracked exactly where they 
show up.  I do check out parts of the ACB convention every year and I think 
that's where I may have encountered it first.  It resonated with me 
immediately because I've suffered those symptoms for most of my life.  73,
