I am about to order aPpuxing uv973. Can anyone recommend dealers to go to or stay away from?  I've seen a few on eBay that ship free to a u. s, address.   I can have it sent to my sister and get her to send it to me. That's probably cheaper than paying the dealer to ship it to New Zealand.
