I am currently working as an office administrater for a small property
management company.
I mostly answer the phone, but also schedule viewings of vacant units,
screen prospective tenants, trouble shoot maintinence issues, enter
maintinence requests into the data system. I also work with various
advertizing websites to market our properties.
I have some other general daily duties as well. I'm also more or less the
company dispatcher sending out our maintinence personnel for emergencies and
high priority issues.
I work from home or where ever at the moment because all my work is done on
the radio, phone and computer.
I do work in the office during very busy times when I am getting a phone
call every 2 minutes.
It's a decent job which suits my life style and schedule needs as per music
related activities, family and generally other stuff that I want to be able
to do without being tied to a desk.
My boss is also a ham and a friend which makes the job fun most of the time
hi.
