First I'd like to say that I'm grateful for Todd Moody's clarification of
Creationism etc. It was most enlightening for me. 

Zack:
If we assume that Creationists believe that God created us in a form that
was well adapted to our environment when we were created, then a Paleo diet
will just return us to the diet for which we were created. 

I don't necessarily subscribe to that perspective but I don't see anything
wrong with the logic if you accept the premise.
