Just wondering if anyone would be interested, opposed, predisposed, whatever to a new home for this list, or a new list? I’m not sure if this list has a moderator or not, but one thing to doesn’t have is a sensible way of handling modern 8-bit plain text encoding. It isn’t just me either, seems more people are using Macs and iThings to post here, thus more of the text that this listserv just does not grok. I’ve got the capability to host such a thing. Heck, I’ll host it and someone else can moderate/administer/whatever it if the membership so deems.
