Many said Yahya is our only problem. Or maybe they mean is our first problem. So they said he must go and go first before we can begin any work. It's not that they don't want to start work now but they deeply believed they and/or anyone for that matter can't work with Yahya. Ok! I get it!
Now how will Yahya go? The best answer still sit with some opposition union formula will do it. Whatever that formula, it will have to rely on elections. Well Yahya is the referee of that election. That's a definite cul de sac - can't you see? How can someone win an election who can't campaign in Foni nor even dare cross that portion under the cover of the night. That means all other schedules for Kiang and Jarras are hastened to avoid night ride through Foni.
Understanding politics suggests that Yahya go first is a non political starter if you have no army lined up to fire and/or a very vigilant citizenry ready to die in the streets.
Regardless we have problems and it's a complicated puzzle.
Tell me how would you practically start fitting this puzzle. Please do not repeat elections for a starter. Certainly elections is a tool we will need down the road presumably when no one individual is in control of it.
Regards!
Burama
