Burama,

You know very well if I wanted to take the same route you took in this debate it is easy to ask you questions on all that you threaded on this. I don't see any benefit in this endless questioning, and this is not a quiz or some test for me. Again, I recognize your feelings, my answers couldn't help you overcome that.

I will even add more points for you to consider as you wish. I hope this in itself doesn't put things from the frying pan to the cooking pot.

1. If you haven't already, have your orgainaztion registered and set-up a committee for it that will steer the organization's activities. Two heads are certainly better one. Since this organization is thoughtfully going to represent Gambians, it is in its interest that you get both a constituency, which will later win you the resources to be able to keep on.

2. It will be a great idea for sincere dialogue with the established groups (say CORDEG and please excuse its usage), for a possible merger, even where some of you with smaller groups can be fitted into bigger picture, while still continuing to have the organization run.

3. You have put in a lot of literature work. Work on finally developing that, possibly a review from more seasoned (practical) politicians or political scientists, who will be in position to give you better feedback.

4. Some of the feedbacks and criticism you received from the likes of the Saineys, myself, and some others, might not be pleasing to you, but as one aspiring for some political movement or even politics may I add, you should be able to add it as tokens for improvement opportunity.

5. It is very expensive to run organizations. It takes both time, money and resources. An organization like these are entirely voluntary. Therefore it is important to get the best from the effort you are exerting. Needless to mention, I am working on one, and mine for example, will be community based (inshallahu), to help out the local community members looking for jobs (resumes, job interview mocks, etc..), sensitization on important things, inspiring the younger kids in the area of science and maths, and even exposing some of them to public debates. I have the plans lined up and consultations are in high gears. When it will come to light, I have no idea yet.

Burama, with that said, I appreciate your debate despite what I positioned above on how I saw it , your reaction. if you don't have any further questions, let me know if this is an opportunity to move onto better things. May I add, politically I disagree with some of the approaches not with yours, but with many others around, and individually that doesn't tamper any professional relationship.

Again, good luck with all the positive endeavors!!

Warm regards as always,
Yero
