I use Chrome with ChromeVox mostly on Linux, but I've also used it on
Windows.

I don't know how to answer whether it's totally accessible or not. Like
any browser/screen reader combination, it works well on some sites and
not so well on others, depending a lot on how the web site is designed
and marked up. It's the best, if not the only way, to work with Google
Docs, at least in an interactive collaborative fashion.

I'm also not sure how to answer the question regarding conflicts with
JAWS and other screen readers. you will run into key conflicts if you
have both JAWS and ChromeVox active at the same time, but I think this
is to be expected. It's easy enough to shut down JAWS or disable it in
Chrome though.

I'd say that ChromeVox is a perfectly usable solution. The downside is
that you're learning another screen reader. Another downside is that it
still seems to be changing a bit from release to release. I've had to go
figure out some new key mappings on several occasions.
