Does anyone have a gluten-free challah recipe that doesn't use bean, sorghum, or any other really strong-flavored flours, that can hold up to being made into a crown shape (for the Jewish holidays)?
My only experience with homemade challah, since I went gf decades ago, is Bette Hagman's recipe in my breadmaker, but a square challah, delicious as it is, doesn't do it. I'm going to a luncheon on Rosh Hashanah, and I'd love to bring a round challah for the four of us (not relatives) in the group, who are gluten-free.
Thanks.
