Wow, what an overwhelming response! Thank you to everyone! I really appreciate all the help.  I forgot to note I'm in Greensboro, NC.  

It sounds like many of you are saying to stay away from Trader Joe's, which is sad to hear.  I guess cross contamination is a major issue with a lot of their products? And Whole Foods may be the better route.  We do have some local grocers here that are recommended, Deep Roots Market and Earth Fare, so I will check them out as well.  But they are just as costly.  

I also appreciate all the advice about getting checked for vitamin deficiencies and osteoporosis.  I had heard about the later.  At my age my doctor had said I need the diagnosis for my insurance to consider a bone density test, so once I have that in the next few days I will follow up.

There was way too much advice to sum up here, but I read every email and plan on reading them again.  I'm on info overload at this point!
