Sister Jabou,
It has just been announced on T.V that we will not be celebrating Eid Tomorrow as
the moon was not sighted in The Gambia. However , Senegal has announced that they
will be celebrating Eid tomorrow hate to say that there has been some
inconsistence with the Sup -rim Islamic council as in many cases they have quoted
Senegal as a source. I do hope the Jengs, Jagnes, Faal and Jobes would not
conclude that I am in a haste for the ramadan to end . Laugh. This must be a
subject of discussion for muslims in the sub region to take up and come to an
agreement as to avoid any form of misunderstanding. I am sure brother Habib would
throw light on this topic for the sake of unity among the muslim umma.
Chi Jamma .
Bro. Sheikh Tejan Nyang.
