I am visiting relatives far from home, so I took emergency food with me, always do.
Today, I tried Eco-planet instant 7 whole grain hot cereal for first time. Disappointed. Boy, do I miss my Glutenfreeda instant oatmeal, which I normally take! The Eco-planet cereal is not something I would recommend, even doctored with stevia and cinnamon. Sorry.

Looks like I will disregard my cholesterol for a few days and have eggs every morning. No way to go shopping here.
