As I strongly hinted in my reply to your original, and John's subsequent
confirmation, we would be surprised if your KXAT3 tuner didn't handle the
40M band , and it is worth a try on 60!

Elecraft don't like making claims that they can't substantiate.

its kind of an 80 meter double extended zepp, but we shortened it from 200 
feet to 178 feet after it was up, so maybe its not what it is supposed to 
be.
