Tom,
I tried using N1MM with JAWS, not easy. If anyone has had success with N1MM
and JAWS let me know.
I think Lloyd is using Window Eyes.

David:

I may actually do that in the long run, if I can't get something to work
with N3FJP.

I have some basic N1MM info here that Lloyd sent me a while ago.

Am I correct in saying that the software is free shareware?

Use N1MM it is much more straight forward using .WAV files

Dave:

I'll definitely agree with you on that one!

As some on the list already know, I'm trying to work out a way to send
pre-recorded voice CQ's as well.

You can do it with the TS590 and the VGS1 voice chip, but I'd like to figure
out how to do it so that the voice exchanges can be accessed via the
computer keyboard function keys as well.

So far, I've not been successful in terms of getting this accomplished with
the TS590, and the N3FJP software, but it is definitely on my list of winter
projects.

When you teach for a living like I do, you need your voice professionally,
so I try to do everything I can to preserve it, which is especially
important to think about in preparation for contest week-ends and the week
of classes that follows. (grin)

Hi Tom,

I think it is also easier to type the call as you hear it in answer to your
CQ and let the software send it out. It makes calling CQ more appealing.
