A few of my students send me Pages files every semester even though I
tell them not to, so I've done many internet searches and discovered
that there doesn't seem to be any software for converting pages files to
rtf or some other Windows friendly format. You would think the people at
Apple would want to write a windows utility for this, but alas, alack,
the only thing you can do is tell the sender to save the file as doc or
rtf. When I had a Mac, you would do this in File > Export, but I think
it's now done in Share.
If you have an iOS device, you can probably open pages files with that
instead.
