blank lines on web pages

Hi all,
Using jaws 12, on a windows 7 laptop.
Here's a problem. Jaws is saying "blank" when I'm reading a web page.
For example, when I go to
www.acb.org
that's a great example. When I down arrow, it says all these blank 
lines. I hate this! Does anyone know how to stop it from saying those 
blank lines?
