Hello all, I have been learning the Voice Sense QWERTY in preparation to teach it to someone next week, and I have noticed that with a lot of pages on the standard browser the unit is very unstable and I know that there are two separate browsers but so far I haven't been impressed. I also have noticed that there are way too many bump dots on the keyboard. For someone who uses a QWERTY keyboard every day, this is distracting and my understanding is that my consumer uses a computer all the time. I will leave this up to her, but is there a way of removing these dots? I also noticed that the keyboard is very sensitive and I think that the keys are too small.
As a side note, I did find the reading command I was looking for but only after contacting tech support. I guess that my last question is is there a particular version of Active Sync that works well when syncing this unit to the computer? When I checked the box there was no COULD.
