The purpose of the Jaws virtual ribbon is to help people think they're 
using menus. My own experience, however, is that the Jaws virtual ribbon 
is buggy.

Every once in a while, I try it but I always turn it off after a couple 
of days because commands work inconsistently and I get stuck in the 
menu/ribbon without being able to move to another item often enough to 
feel like it happens a lot.
