When I press enter on the button, the diagnostic tool says no network problems were detected. the same thing happened after I turned off the popup blocker and restarted IE.

I get to a page with a link to my textbook, but when I press enter on it or do a simulated mouse click, the page refreshes, showing me the original ftp link and a button that says Open Document. Nothing at all happens when I try to press the button with enter or mouse simulation.
