Make sure that your view settings don't group your messages by conversation
or sort them in some way.  Make sure that the current view is set to show
all messages.

Subject: [VICUG-L] Hidden Email

I am having problems locating emails from a specific individual. I know I
receive them since the sound for a new email is played. I checked the junk
email folder, but they are not there. The emails have been sent several
times. Besides checking the inbox and the junk email folders, where would
the emails be? The rest of the folders are the sent, draft, deleted, etc. 
I am using Windows Mail. Thanks.
