I have tried three previous times to submit this question.

I hope this is the correct address for this question. If not please
advise.
I copied my WORD files (over 900) to my other computer and now they are
no longer in alphabetical order. I press Control + O to open a file and
the files are not in order. I have been doing this for years with no
problem. I did a repair with the original installation disk, but that did
not help. 
XP, Office 2003, Zoomtext 10, Dell with 2 gig of memory. I ran CC Cleaner
& de fragmented. Could someone please assist.
